Thanks to the citizens of Nye County that continue to support me as their Recorder.  I am asking for your vote in the General Election on November 2.  I do not work for any special interest group.  However, I do work for every citizen of Nye County.

Much has been accomplished in three years; however, I could not have accomplished any of this work without the dedication of my staff in Pahrump and Tonopah.  There are several projects that will be started this year.  That is why I need your vote.  There is so much more work to be done.  At least one quarter of the documents, in the Tonopah vault, have not been microfilmed or digitized.  It is a long process to organize the documents and then process the documents for display on the Recorder website.  A priority of mine for the next four years will be to digitize all documents.  I will continue to put my 32 years of computer experience to work.

Do not believe the misinformation you may hear from my opponents.  I can assure you the Nye County Recorder's office is in compliance with all Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) and Nevada Administrative Codes (NAC).  In addition, the Nevada Department of Taxation oversees the collection of RPTT and I must follow their mandates.  If you have any questions dealing with the Recorder's office such as Real Property Transfer Tax (RPTT), fees charged, etc. please email or call me to get the correct informaton.

I cannot get re-elected without your help.  Just like my last campaign, I will not accept any contributions.  The best thing you can do for me is spread the word on what I have accomplished and that I should be re-elected.
