Replaced the outdated recording software (Questys) with EagleRecorder

www.nyerecorder.net brought online for the searching
of recorded documents
Began indexing APN (Assessor Parcel Numbers) for documents that contain an APN
Replaced outdated document scanners
with two new scanners
Began clean up of vault in the old courthouse
Split the Pahrump office from Clerk/Recorder to just Recorder
2008
eRecording begins for the electronic submittal of documents for recording (Nye County had this feature before Clark County)
Moved
Recorder's office to new office at 170 N. Floyd St. Ste. 1 Pahrump, NV 89060
Pahrump Recorder's office now open 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- office does not close for lunch
Took over the Imaging Department for Nye County
2009
Replaced the outdated large format map scanners
with two new Kip 3100 scanners
Replaced the outdated microfilm reader with a new ScanPro reader
Broke out water rights into their
own document code starting with 1/1/2009
2010
Began recording documents in the Pahrump office
Began conversion of microfilm and books
to digital images which is a $77,000 project
